Anime is a lot of images played back at a specific frame rate to create the illusion of movement and what not.

And... There isn't really a video section for this specifically.

Tears to Tiara was pretty good, and Zero no Tsukaima is one of my absolute favorites.

I also recommend these excellent anime:
Dragon Crisis
Seiken no Blacksmith/The Sacred Blacksmith
Shakugan no Shana
Toradora!
Fairy Tail (ongoing)
Dog Days (ongoing)
Negima!?
Hidan no Aria/Aria the Scarlet Ammo (ongoing)

Quantum is ongoing, and takes place quite a few years after Sign. It has an amazing backstory, and requires no insane amounts of knowledge of the .hack stories to follow. It's it's own ;P

Please note that the series I linked is the second Negima series. The first series (Negima!) follows the manga plot more closely, but Negima!? is much funnier with a mostly original storyline.

Ao no Exorcist/Blue Exorcist (subbed) The site's player has ads that interrupt the episode, but its worth the video quality and promptness to which they upload it to the site.

It's fairly new and new episodes come every Wednesday (today!). It's supposed to be 12 episodes in total.
